Smoking Quit date

I have decided after 20+ years of smoking that I should quit. So I got Xiban from my doc and have set a quit date of 01 October 2007. This way I should be over any major obstacles before my Lake Powell vacation.

wow...all those random letters and all i really wanted to say was good luck on your quitting. i know how hard it is living with a smoker that is trying to quit so i pray for your wife as well. :p and that's all i wanted to say when i was told two days ago that my comment was spam. :(
